見出し	新字体に統一。本文でひらがなで表記されているものは、基本的にこの欄では漢字表記にする。例）いと屋→糸屋。見出しに該当するものが複数ある場合、「／」で区切り入力。
見出しよみ	新字体に統一。ふりがなが二つ以上あるものは「／」で区切り両方記す。
見出し表記	「見出し」について表記可能な場合は旧字体を優先した。
見出し表記よみ	歴史的仮名遣いを優先した。本文中に読み仮名がなく、補う場合は［］内に記した。
語釈補記	歴史的仮名遣いの平仮名の場合、（）内に現代仮名遣いを補う。漢字表記は新字体に統一した。語釈の返り点は省略した。繰り返し記号は同文字に起こした。
分類	『訓蒙図彙』の分類に従って入力し、句読点以降に適宜追加すべき分類キーワードを付与した。『訓蒙図彙』以外の諸書では、各自の分類と『訓蒙図彙』の分類の両方を入れた。
書名	事項が収録されている本の書名とそのよみ。
巻名	事項が収録されている巻名。
丁付	事項が収録されている丁付。
文字備考	見出し、語釈補記中の外字については「〓」で示し、文字を偏、旁などで説明した。
所蔵	資料の所蔵機関名。
請求番号	各所蔵機関の請求番号。
全体画像	事項が収録されている丁の全体画像を閲覧できる各所蔵機関のURLを表示。
目録ID	本DBにおける1レコードに対する番号。
古事類苑全文ＤＢへ	「見出し」の文字列で日文研・古事類苑全文データベースの「異体字対応検索」を行う。出力結果は正規化文字列を表示するので、リンクされているＰＤＦページ画像で原表記を確認すること。

Database of Early Modern Illustrated Encyclopaedias

Headings	Individual headings are given in shinjitai simplified characters. In the majority of cases, text appearing in hiragana in the original will be given in kanji. For example: いと屋 (itoya) will be given as 糸屋. In the case of multiple title words for a single item, these will be separated with a forward slash /.
Kana readings of headings	These are given in shinjitai. When two or more sets of furigana are supplied, each reading will be listed separated by a forward slash.
Original headings	Old forms of characters are given where possible
Kana readings of original headings	Historic kana usage is followed for readings of headings given in the original text. When no kana reading is given in the original, suggested readings will be shown in [ ]
Definitions	When definitions in the original are given in historical kana orthography, modern kana readings will be supplied in brackets ( ). All kanji will be shinjitai. Kaeriten (return markers) given in the original are omitted. In the case of repetition signs in the original, the repeated kanji will simply be given twice.
Category	Categories follow those of the Kinmōzui. Where appropriate, additional keywords are provided separated by a comma. For works other than Kinmōzui, the original category heading together with the relevant Kinmōzui category heading will be used.
Book title	The title and reading of the book in which the entry appears.
Volume title	The title of the volume in which the entry appears
Page	The page number in the original work for each entry
Supplementary characters	Where title words and/or definitions are given in kanji not included in the jōyō or jinmeiyō list, these will be indicated by = plus the appropriate radical.
Collection	This is the name of the collection in which the item is held
Call number	This is the individual collection call number for each item.
Image URLs	These are collection-specific URLs of images of the entire page from which individual entries are taken.
Index number	The number of each individual record in the database.
